We want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription to Loan and Banking. This Refund Policy explains our refund and cancellation terms.
1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers:
- Applies to your first paid subscription only
- Request a full refund within 7 days of purchase
- No questions asked
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days

- Your account email
- Subscription ID or transaction ID
- Subject: "Refund Request"
2. Subscription Cancellation
2.1 How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time through:
- Account Dashboard: Dashboard → Subscription → Cancel Subscription
- Email: Contact billing@loanandbanking.com
2.2 When Cancellation Takes Effect
- Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period
- You retain access until the paid period ends
- No refunds for partial months
- Auto-renewal will be stopped
2.3 After Cancellation
- You'll revert to the Free plan
- Your calculator history will be retained for 30 days
- You can re-subscribe anytime
3. Refund Eligibility
3.1 Eligible for Refund:
- First-time subscription (within 7 days)
- Technical issues preventing service use (documented)
- Duplicate or erroneous charges
- Service outage exceeding 48 hours (pro-rated)
- Billing errors on our part
3.2 NOT Eligible for Refund:
- After 7 days (for first-time subscribers)
- Subscription renewals (auto-renew)
- Partial month usage
- Change of mind after 7 days
- Violation of Terms of Service
- Account termination due to abuse
4. Pro-Rated Refunds
In exceptional circumstances, we may offer pro-rated refunds:
- Service Downtime: Extended outages (> 48 hours)
- Technical Issues: Documented problems preventing usage
- Billing Errors: Overcharges or incorrect billing
Note: Pro-rated refunds are at our discretion and require documentation of the issue.
5. Refund Processing
5.1 Timeline
- Review: Within 2 business days of request
- Approval: Email confirmation sent
- Processing: 5-7 business days
- Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 business days (varies by bank)
5.2 Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: Back to the card used for payment
- PayPal: To your PayPal account
- Other Methods: Same method as payment
6. Subscription Plans
6.1 Monthly Subscriptions
- Billed monthly on subscription date
- Can be cancelled anytime
- Access continues until end of billing period
- 7-day money-back guarantee applies
6.2 Yearly Subscriptions
- Billed annually (discounted price)
- 7-day money-back guarantee applies
- After 7 days: no refunds for remaining months
- Pro-rated refunds only for service issues
7. Failed Payments
If your payment fails:
- We'll attempt to charge again after 3 days
- Email notification sent
- After 3 failed attempts, subscription is suspended
- Update payment method in your account
- Grace period of 7 days to update payment
8. Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback:
- Your account will be immediately suspended
- We will contest unfair chargebacks
- Chargeback fees may be charged to your account
- Resolution through us is faster and easier
9. Upgrades and Downgrades
9.1 Upgrading
- Immediate access to higher tier features
- Pro-rated charge for remaining billing period
- New price applies from next billing cycle
9.2 Downgrading
- Takes effect at end of current billing period
- No refund for remaining days on higher plan
- Lower tier pricing applies from next cycle
10. Free Trial (If Applicable)
If we offer free trials in the future:
- Cancel anytime during trial period
- No charge if cancelled before trial ends
- Auto-converts to paid plan after trial
- Email reminder sent 3 days before trial ends
11. Special Circumstances
We may consider refunds outside our standard policy for:
- Medical emergencies (with documentation)
- Exceptional hardship (case-by-case basis)
- Service failures on our part
